This is to CONFIRM that the 2 Final Visuals (Accademia & Acquarello) as attached WOULD NOT have any implication on any related FABRIANO trademark or copyright issues.
FABRIANO is well aware of the 2 designs prior to their introduction into the market.
 
"Accademia" version is converted from Fabriano Accademia 160 gsm base paper supplied
"Acquarello" version is converted from Fabriano Rusticus 240 gsm, and since it is not a watercolour paper, no FABRIANO related information is indicated on the product.

• 確認大圓美術公司所銷售的ACCADEMIA及ACQUARELLO兩種商品沒有侵犯法比亞諾(FABRIANO)的商標權及任何關於法比亞諾(FABRIANO)的版權問題。
• 大圓美術公司在這兩種商品銷售前，已經讓法比亞諾(FABRIANO)公司充份地知道他們的商品設計及包裝。
• 因為這兩種商品並非僅為水彩紙，而是經由大圓美術重新設計及包裝的繪圖本，所以並未註明FABRIANO相關的訊息。
• ACCADEMIA產品所使用的紙為Fabriano Accademia 160 gsm
• ACQUARELLO產品所使用的紙為Fabriano Rusticus 240 gsm
